We hope you are doing well.  Due to the current health crisis, we are implementing the following policy in order to minimize the spread of the virus and keep our customers and staff healthy.  We appreciate your cooperation and support. Let’s work together to get thru this COVID 19 health crisis.

We are still on-site, but on a limited basis. 

Storage Space/Units Rental and Payment:

If you need to rent a unit or space from us, please call 512 310-1995.  Our agents will get the rental process started over the phone and minimize any face to face interactions.

If you want to make a rent payment, you have a few options:

1.) Set up an online account payment account by visiting https://www.uhaul.com/Account/

2.) Call us at 512 310-1995 to make a payment over the phone.

3.) Drop your payment off in our payment slot or box at the facility (make sure you put your name and unit number on the payment so that we know who you are.)

For U-Haul Truck Rental Dispatch and Return:

Please utilize the U-Haul 24/7 dispatch system to avoid direct contact with our staff.  For more information, please visit https://www.uhaul.com/Share/ or call us at 512 310-1995 for details.

Currently, we do not dispatch any trailers from this location. We will direct you to a nearby location that will accommodate your need.
